By registering, downloading or using the Satguru Services mobile application ("App") you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Satguru Services is a platform that connects customers with independent technicians offering home and doorstep services including electrical, plumbing, painting, cleaning, appliance repair, construction-related services and similar categories. We only act as an intermediary to facilitate communication, bookings and payments (where applicable).
Bookings are made through the App. Payment options may include in-app payments or cash/UPI/card paid directly to the technician depending on the service. Prices shown are indicative and may vary after inspection. Visiting/inspection charges may apply when applicable.
Technicians using the platform must perform services professionally and abide by platform policies. Misconduct, fraudulent activity or repeated customer complaints may result in suspension or permanent removal.
Customers must provide accurate information about the issue and allow safe access to the premises. Harassment or abusive behavior toward technicians is strictly prohibited.
Cancellation rules and refund eligibility are defined in the App's cancellation policy. Satguru Services is not liable for transactions arranged directly between users outside the App.
Satguru Services is a technology platform and not the provider of services. We are not liable for damages, losses, or disputes between customers and technicians. We will, however, assist users in submitting complaints and coordinating resolution where reasonable.
Your personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
All content, logos, and materials in the App are owned or licensed by Satguru Services. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, or refuse access to the App for violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
Privacy Policy
We collect information necessary to provide service: name, phone, email, address, service history, device and usage data, and payment details when required.
We use data to operate the App, process bookings, communicate with users, prevent fraud, and improve services.
We do not sell personal data. We share data with technicians (to fulfill bookings), payment processors (for transactions), and legal authorities when required by law.
We implement reasonable measures to protect data. However, no internet transmission or storage is completely secure.
Users may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data by contacting us at satguruservices22@gmail.com
We may use cookies and analytics tools to measure and improve App performance.
Our services are not directed to children under 18. We do not intentionally collect information from minors.
We may update this policy from time to time; the latest version will be available in the App.
